We can be reached at any time during the preparation of your outing.
You will be greeted upon arrival. Our customer relations center is open from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Ask us to send you customizable bracelets. You can write down on each bracelet the emergency telephone number to reach in case there is a problem.
You may have lunch in quiet and peace with your group, inside or outside the park, in areas dedicated for picnic
Our teams, trained in first-aid, are there and available permanently. The Park also has a first aid kit.
Once your reservation is made, it will be e-mailed to you. You will find everything you need to organize your groups of children by size and plan the number of accompanying adults.
Bookings must be made 7 days in advance. 30% deposit must be paid upon placing order.
1 free chaperone per 10 paying children (up to aged 17).
