The park offers the Baby-Switch service.

If your child is not tall enough, take the queue as a family and ask the attraction operator.
You will be able to take turns on the attraction without having to rejoin the queue, so that your child, who is too small for the access requirements, is always under the supervision of a responsible adult.

Of the 33 attractions and shows in the park, 12 attractions and 2 shows are accessible to children under 90 cm accompanied by an adult. Children under 90cm have access to the following attractions in the park and must be accompanied by an adult: TamTam Adventure, Melody Road, Carousel, Festival Station, MonORail, W.A.B Band Tour, Volt-O-Vent, Balloon Race, Les P'tits Chaudrons, the Festival City Playground, the Explorer Adventure Playground and the Exotic Playground.

7 attractions are accessible from 90cm accompanied by an adult: Tiki Academy, Surf Music, La Coccinelle, On Air, Gold River, Dock'N Roll and Le Petit Vapeur. The Concert'O and La Chevauchée are accessible to children over 90 cm tall. Bambooz River is accessible from 1m accompanied by an adult.

Only 4 thrill rides require a minimum height of 1m30 (Mystic, Le Totem, Generator and Le Galion), 2 rides a minimum height of 1m20 (Woodstock Express and Hurricane), 1 ride a minimum height of 1m05 (Airboat) and finally 1 ride whose minimum height is 1m10 (Timber). These attractions are also subject to height requirements in order to guarantee the proper functioning of the safety systems.

Yes, the park offers two products:

• A 4xPass at the park cash desk or directly on our website (available soon).

It gives you four quick accesses to a selection of attractions without queuing.
- Quick access for 4 people to 1 attraction
- Or quick access for 2 people to 2 attractions
- Or quick access for 1 person to 4 attractions

• A Full Pass at the park ticket office or directly on our website. (available soon).

This allows you to enjoy individual, unlimited rapid access for one day.

Both products are valid on a selection of 16 attractions in the park: Mahuka, Mystic, Totem, Bambooz River, AirBoat, Coccinelle, Hurricane, Generator, Timber, Surf Music, Galion, MonORail, Gold River, Tam Tam Aventure, Woodstock Express and Tiki Academy.

No, on many attractions, bags are not allowed as they could become dangerous projectiles if dropped. However, it is strongly advised not to leave valuables unattended on the platforms of the attractions. Lockers are available at the entrance of the park (paying service).

Yes, for reasons of hygiene and safety, shoes and a T-shirt must be worn on all the park's attractions for both adults and children.

However, a tolerance is allowed on the two aquatic play areas of the Exotic Island zone where children up to 12 years old can wear bathing suits (changing room available on the zone).

The park does not currently offer a revisit offer at the park exit.

The conditions of use of your ticket are indicated on it and vary according to the type of ticket purchased.

Reduced rates are available for disabled people, pregnant women, students, seniors and the very elderly, upon presentation of a receipt at the park's ticket office. More informations.

In addition, promotional rates may be offered on our website walibi.fr or by various distribution partners as part of one-time promotions, membership programs or company agreements.

Yes, the park offers a gift card, available here.

You can bring your lunch to the park, but it is not possible to sit down to eat in the grassy areas. Benches are available in the park.
Please note that sturdy coolers, sharp knives and glass are not permitted.

We do, however, offer a picnic area outside, opposite the park entrance. If you wish to leave the park and re-enter, a stamp will be placed on your wrist.

We propose a vegetarian offer in our following outlets: Golden Burger - Quai 38 - Jazz Sugar Club & Louisie Yan.
We use only vegetable oil and no peanuts for cooking.

You can leave your personal belongings at the entrance of the park. Payment by credit card only.

Birthdays are offered up to the child's 12th birthday. Reservations must be made at the latest at D-15 only by email at info-wra@walibi.com or by phone at +33 (0)4 74 33 71 80 (from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12:30 pm then from 1:30 pm to 5 pm). Payment to be sent before the visit.

Birthday Pack (2024 content) :

    1 Cake with candles and drinks in ecocups (reusable glasses with the park's effigy) for 6 people, served at Quai 38 (time to be confirmed upon arrival at the park at the reception).

We have a limited number of strollers that we can put at your disposal at the park entrance store.
It is not possible to reserve a stroller before your visit.

No, ANCV vacation vouchers (classic and Connect) cannot be used on our online sales site.

However, you can only use your classic ANCV vacation vouchers them to buy your ticket at the park entrance.

Access to the parking lot for one night is tolerated for camping cars but no facilities are available on site (water, electricity, lighting...).
